Apply & Get Selected
Fill our online application. Our team calls within 48 hours. We look for basic smartphone literacy, access to a tractor or vehicle, and a location in a farming district.

2-Day Onboarding Training
Attend training at the nearest BiomassHub centre. Learn quality grading, moisture testing, digital batch creation on our mobile app (available in Marathi, Hindi & English), and farmer registration procedures.

Register Your Farmer Network
Register farmers in your village cluster using our app. Each farmer gets a printed ID card with QR code. We provide GPS tools and a farmer onboarding kit.

Collect, Log & Deliver
Post-harvest, collect cotton stalk, tur husk, or soybean husk from registered farmers. Log each batch on the app with GPS and photos. Get a Batch QR code. Deliver to the nearest BiomassHub collection centre.

Weight verified at the centre. Payment transferred to your bank or UPI within 3 working days. Transparent per-tonne rates published monthly. No waiting, no haggling.

Set Up a BiomassHub Franchise Manufacturing Plant

Own and operate a BiomassHub-branded briquette or pellet manufacturing plant in your district — anywhere in India. We provide the brand, quality systems, industrial buyer connections, and technical support. MNRE provides up to ₹45 lakh Central Financial Assistance for new plants.

Feasibility Assessment & Site Visit
BiomassHub team visits your proposed site. We assess raw material availability, logistics, power supply, and land. We recommend plant capacity (1–5 TPH) based on local biomass availability.

Franchise Agreement & Brand License
Sign the franchise agreement. Receive brand license, quality operations manual, standard operating procedures, and MNRE subsidy application guidance. We connect you with approved equipment suppliers eligible for CFA.

Plant Setup & Technical Training
BiomassHub engineers support machinery installation, commissioning, and operator training (2 weeks on-site). Your plant is onboarded to our digital traceability platform. BIS IS 17225 certification application initiated.

Guaranteed Offtake Contract
We sign a 12-month rolling offtake agreement for minimum 80% of your production at agreed floor prices. Your output is sold under the BiomassHub brand to our industrial buyer network.

Operate, Scale, Earn
You run daily operations. BiomassHub handles industrial sales, BRSR data generation, and quality certification for buyers. You focus on production quality and raw material supply.

After your cotton, tur, or soybean harvest, inform the aggregator. They come to your field with a tractor to collect the residue. No transport hassle for you.

How much capital do I need to become an aggregator?+
Zero upfront capital is required. BiomassHub provides the mobile app, training, and onboarding materials at no cost. The only requirement is access to a vehicle for local collection, which most rural entrepreneurs already have.
What does the MNRE subsidy cover for franchise plants?+
The MNRE Central Financial Assistance (CFA) provides ₹9 lakh per MT/hour of capacity, up to a maximum of ₹45 lakh per plant. This typically covers 50–80% of machinery cost. BiomassHub guides you through the entire application process.
